    If I could give them a negative stars I would. Called yesterday on a to go order. This sorry person on phone would not even give me her name nor transfer me to a
    Manager when I called. This location has the worst customer service and is always understaffed Even when I dine In. Glad I got a full refund from Waitr. Waitr customer service was great . The person answering the phone at Applebee's needs a new profession, dealing with the public clearly isn't her strong point.

    Well I hadn't been to Applebee's in over 17 years because of a serious incident, but my wife wanted to try some of their specials ! So finally I agreed. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was light and upbeat! The food was actually not bad ! Not great,but not bad either. The service was great ! We were lucky enough to get Freddy as our waiter! He was the best that I saw at the time ! He was very accommodating and very attentive to all his tables without being overwhelming. So I will be back to try them again .

    First of all I didn't care for the service. My wife and I came here on a date night and our waiter just sat in the booth with us as he took our orders. It was just weird. He made it very unprofessional and tried to make awkward conversation. The food was pretty average but wasn't bad at all. The waiters and waitresses just need to take more pride in their job.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a meal in which I told them specifically to take out the bacon. They said they could take it out but proceeded to serve my meal with bacon.

    I gave the restaurant a chance to make it right, and pointed at my girlfriend's meal as the replacement. They came out with a completely different meal, even after the kitchen cook confirmed what I wanted. Both the manager and server apologized, and offered to take it off the bill. That is the least you could do as a business. My girlfriend and I left immediately. I will not be returning to Applebee's ever again. Terrible and careless service that could have resulted in a severe allergic reaction.
